Become a part of the #GarageGymArmy

The Garage Gym Teen Soldier Program is designed to first learn the fundamentals of lifting weights, and then gear those basics towards the individual’s goals. Whether your goal is to make the varsity team, post-secondary athletics, increase your sport, or simply to improve your overall health then this program is for you.

 

In our group setting, teens are working side-by-side encouraging each other to reach individual goals.

TEEN SOLDIERS PROGRAM

Winter 12-Week Program

Grade 9-12

COED

January 6 to April 4
(No class February 17 & March Break 16-21)

Mission

Create the building blocks for strength training, increase strength, learn proper technique and create a positive attitude towards training.

Classes

Each 1-hour session will be high energy and include informative workouts to give teens the fundamentals on strength training and progression. Constant variation programming will keep workouts exciting, with adaptations to fit anyone’s needs.

Nutrition

Our students will be given information on healthy eating, daily structure, and overall health, as well as access to our trainers and nutrition experts

  • Basics of lifting

  • Baseline of individuals

  • Progression through workouts and technique

  • Progress report showdown.

  • Testing week to see individual progress

  • Finishing week Results
