The program will be run by the Garage Gym’s own new mom, Koach Kandice and will teach you general fitness, proper lifting technique (which transfers to lifting your baby, car seats and just about anything), rehab and prehab (correcting imbalances from carrying baby on one side, rocking baby, holding bottle with one arm, breastfeeding positions etc) and how to rebuild and strengthen the pelvic floor which is often weakened during pregnancy and delivery.
The best part? You can BRING YOUR BABY! Whether you chose to incorporate your little one in your workout or utilize the safe area offered for your little one to hang out while you workout within eyesight, it’s up to you!!
You bring your baby and we will provide the barbells.
