At The Garage Gym, we place you with a group of like minded individuals of varying levels of fitness where the common goal is simply “be better”. The environment we provide is second to none, you will quickly find that your new workout partners rely on you as much as you do them. We combine traditional strength and power movements with interval and endurance training and YOU will get more out of one of these sessions than you would in a week by yourself!
Yes we are more expensive than your typical “Globo” style gym, however we provide semi-personal training. Our groups are small enough that you will receive instruction, honest criticism and encouragement. All training is scaled to your fitness level. We judge only your effort.
