Teen Soldier Program: Winter Session

The Garage Gym Teen Soldier Program is designed to first learn the fundamentals of lifting weights, and then gear those basics towards the individual’s goals. Whether your goal is to make the varsity team, post-secondary athletics, increase your sport, or simply to improve your overall health then this program is for you.

 

In our group setting, teens are working side-by-side encouraging each other to reach individual goals.
