I fell in love with group training in my first year of college. Not only did I love the fitness aspect, I loved the team aspect.
I’ve played sports my whole life and I am naturally drawn to anything that involves working as a team, whether it’s in partners or a larger group setting.
I played Women’s Fastpitch Softball at St Clair College, winning a Provincial Championship and the titles of League Top Pitcher and All Star in the Ontario College Athletic Association. I’ve been coaching fastpitch softball since I was 16 years old and have my Level 2 Technical and Practical Certification through the National Coaching Certification Program. I hold my Crossfit Level 1 Certificate, as well as a High Five Certification which is tailored to Principles of Healthy Childhood Development and how that specifically relates to sport and recreational activities. I coach and train on a weekly basis using the principles from these certifications.
I take work in the gym seriously. Working hard at The Garage Gym can show you just how hard you can work in relationships, home life and your career. That hard work can be win or lose for me in my career in law enforcement, so I always put forth 110% in everything I do. I pride myself on pushing past limits and always improving in the gym and my personal life.
I train men, women and kids of all ages. I love motivating and watching clients live up to their potential. Training is one my my passions and I hope to share that passion with you.
